About the Project
Traditional event management systems struggle with long registration queues, unauthorized entry, and a lack of real-time crowd data. To address these challenges, SecureEntry+ proposes an innovative, frictionless event technology solution that utilizes a 4-layer automated architecture to optimize attendee flow and venue security.Layer 1 eliminates manual form-filling through one-click social media authentication (LinkedIn/Google) or fast on-site kiosk snapshots. Layer 2 leverages Long-Range Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) RFID gates at the outer perimeter, scanning badges passively from 2–5 meters away to eliminate entry bottlenecks. Layer 3 combines AI Facial Recognition with localized RFID scanning at checkpoints to verify identities, prevent badge swapping, and dynamically route crowds to open halls. Finally, Layer 4 streams live data to a centralized command dashboard, providing organizers with real-time analytics, visual verification logs, and crowd tracking telemetry. This integrated system redefines the event landscape by delivering a seamless attendee journey alongside high-level operational intelligence.
