Creating Your Account
Getting started on Pentas is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps to create your account.
1. Visit the Registration Page
Go to the Pentas platform and click Register in the top navigation bar.
2. Fill in Your Details
Enter your full name, a valid email address, and a secure password. Make sure you use an email address you have regular access to — it will be used for all platform communications.
3. Verify Your Email
After submitting the form, check your inbox for a verification email from Pentas. Click the link inside to activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
4. Complete Your Profile
Once verified, log in and complete your profile. Depending on your role, you may be asked to provide your institution name, designation, and contact information.
Account Types
- Participant — the default account type for students and researchers
- Institution — for universities and organisations that organise competitions. Institution accounts require additional approval from the Pentas admin team.
- Jury — jury accounts are created when you are invited or apply to be a jury member for a specific competition
