Registering Your Institution

Institutions on Pentas are primary and secondary schools in Malaysia whose students participate in competitions. The institution's role is to review and approve their students' submissions — particularly for PAJSK-linked entries that require school sign-off. Institutions do not create or manage competitions on Pentas.

Who Can Register?

Registration is open to primary and secondary schools in Malaysia only. Universities, polytechnics, community colleges, and other organisations are not eligible for a school account. The registration should be submitted by a school administrator, teacher, or designated coordinator. Every registration is reviewed and approved by the Pentas admin team before workspace access is granted.

Registration Steps

1. Visit the Pentas platform and click Institution Login
2. Select Register Institution
3. Fill in your school's details: name, school type (primary or secondary), address, and contact information
4. Provide the school manager's name and contact details — this person verifies the school's email address and manages the account
5. Submit the form — your application will be reviewed by the Pentas admin team

Approval Process

Institutional registrations are reviewed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification upon approval. Approved institutions gain access to the Institution Dashboard, where they can view and approve their students' pending submissions.

After You Submit

After submitting the form, the school manager first verifies their email address by clicking the link sent to the manager email you provided. Once the email is verified, your registration enters the Pentas admin review queue, and you will receive an email notification once your school is approved.
