Downloading Your Certificate

Certificates are prepared and released by your competition organiser. Once the organiser generates and releases the certificates for a competition, they appear in your dashboard ready to download — your project status will also move to Completed at that point.

Types of Certificates

• Participation Certificate — issued to all registered participants who submitted their project
• Winner Certificate — issued to teams that placed in the competition (Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Special Award)
• Jury Appointment Letter — issued to jury members as proof of their evaluator role

How to Download

1. Log in to your Pentas account
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Navigate to the Certificates section
4. Find the certificate for the relevant competition
5. Click Download to save the PDF to your device

Certificate Verification

All Pentas certificates include a unique certificate number and a QR code. Anyone can verify the authenticity of a certificate by scanning the QR code or visiting the Pentas verification page and entering the certificate number.

Certificate Not Available?

If your certificate is not yet available, it may be because:

• The organiser has not yet released the certificates — this can happen shortly after results are published, so check back a little later
• The competition results have not been published yet
• Your submission was incomplete or not approved
