Downloading Your Certificate

Pentas automatically generates certificates for eligible participants once a competition concludes. Here is how to access yours.

Types of Certificates

• Participation Certificate — issued to all registered participants who submitted their project
• Winner Certificate — issued to teams that placed in the competition (Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Special Award)
• Jury Appointment Letter — issued to jury members as proof of their evaluator role

How to Download

1. Log in to your Pentas account
2. Go to your Dashboard
3. Navigate to the Certificates section
4. Find the certificate for the relevant competition
5. Click Download to save the PDF to your device

Certificate Verification

All Pentas certificates include a unique certificate number and a QR code. Anyone can verify the authenticity of a certificate by scanning the QR code or visiting the Pentas verification page and entering the certificate number.

Certificate Not Available?

If your certificate is not yet available, it may be because:

• The competition results have not been finalised yet
• Your submission was incomplete or not approved
• The organiser has not yet triggered certificate generation
