3 PHASE WIFI DISTRIBUTION BOX USING TELEGRAM

KOLEJ VOKASIONAL BATU LANCHANG

About the Project

This innovation project introduces a smart 3-Phase Distribution Box integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology for remote monitoring and control. Conventional distribution systems often pose challenges for users to manage electrical loads efficiently when away from the premises. To address this, the system is developed using the ESP32 microcontroller as the central processing unit, enabling seamless two-way communication via the Telegram application. The system is designed to handle diverse electrical loads through a comprehensive hardware configuration, featuring seven physical switches, three load lamps, and eight indicator lights for phase and operational status. Power output capabilities include one unit of 15A socket, one unit of 13A socket, and a 16A Industrial 3-Phase socket for light industrial applications. Additionally, the system integrates a Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter specifically for air conditioning management. By utilizing a Telegram bot, users can toggle individual loads and receive real-time status notifications via Wi-Fi. This innovation not only enhances electrical safety but also contributes to energy efficiency and streamlined facility management. This project holds significant potential for application in smart residential buildings and small-scale workshops requiring a systematic approach to three-phase power monitoring.
