About the Project
ClassGuard Pro is an innovative smart classroom monitoring system developed to address the problem of students skipping class and leaving classrooms without authorization. The system provides an automated solution that assists teachers in maintaining classroom attendance, discipline, and safety while reducing the need for constant manual monitoring. Using a detection system, ClassGuard Pro continuously monitors classroom exits. When an unauthorized exit is detected, the system immediately activates a buzzer and displays a warning message to alert the teacher. The teacher can then deactivate the alert using Button A, after which the system resumes monitoring automatically. This simple yet practical approach demonstrates how smart technology can be integrated into everyday classroom management. ClassGuard Pro offers several benefits, including encouraging students to remain in class, supporting better learning habits, preventing unauthorized exits, and contributing to the development of smart schools. The project also supports SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy. By combining automation, real-time alerts, and an accessible system design, ClassGuard Pro demonstrates the potential of technology to create safer, more efficient, and better-managed learning environments.
