EasyOrder: A Mobile Food Ordering and Café Management Application

About the Project

EasyOrder is a mobile food ordering and café management system developed for Kolej Profesional MARA Indera Mahkota (KPMIM). It addresses long waiting times, limited allergen information, and inefficient manual inventory tracking. Developed using Flutter, Dart, and Firebase through the Waterfall methodology, EasyOrder supports online ordering, real-time order tracking, personalised allergen warnings, and automated inventory management. Student surveys identified long waiting times as a major concern, while café staff expressed interest in easier stock tracking. The system aims to improve ordering convenience, support safer food choices, reduce manual workload, enhance operational efficiency in campus cafés, and support future digital transformation.
