The platform is designed with Malaysian users in mind, using clear and accessible guidance together with appropriate safety measures to encourage responsible and secure technology use. By making digital learning easier to understand, ElderEase AI helps reduce the challenges that may prevent older adults from taking part fully in today’s increasingly digital society. Beyond improving digital skills, ElderEase AI supports independent ageing and lifelong learning. It can also serve as a practical resource for family members, communities, and organisations that assist senior citizens in learning and using digital technology.
