ExecPresence: IoT-Based Executive Availability Dashboard

About the Project

Checking if executives are in their office using manual whiteboard tags wastes time and relies on human memory. ExecPresence solves this with a smart IoT availability system. It uses ESP32 microcontrollers and mmWave radar sensors to automatically detect human presence without requiring users to press anything. Data is sent to a live web dashboard using ESP-NOW and Firebase. Instead of walking across campus, staff and students can check real-time availability instantly via a simple web link. Built for only RM 314 with 90% accuracy, it is an affordable, fully automated upgrade for modern office management.
