About the Project

Guess My Profession (GMPro): Your Talent Defines Your Future, is an interactive digital game designed to identify and challenge gender-based occupational stereotypes among secondary school students. The nine-item quiz combines profession identification, perception assessment, stereotype reflection and awareness reinforcement through an engaging question-and-reveal mechanism. Students recognise their initial assumptions and learn that career choices should be guided by skills, interests, abilities and commitment rather than gender. Using accessible online platforms, GMPro provides a practical, low-cost and scalable approach to inclusive career education. The innovation promotes gender equality, encourages diverse career aspirations and supports educators in developing more inclusive career awareness among students.
