IMPACTS: Integrated Management and Planning of Zakat, Waqaf & Coporate Sponsorship Tracking System

About the Project

The fragmented management of zakat, waqaf, and corporate sponsorship in Malaysian higher education institutions (HEIs) presents challenges in data consolidation, operational efficiency, and impact assessment. Existing practices rely on multiple databases and Google Forms, limiting integrated monitoring and evidence-based reporting. To address these gaps, I.M.P.A.C.T.S was developed as a centralised digital portal integrating all three funding components into a unified management and tracking system. This innovation enhances transparency, streamlines assistance administration, and enables data-driven evaluation of social outcomes for asnaf beneficiaries, while allowing corporate sponsors to monitor contributions and assess their social impact.
