About the Project
The IT Job Match project is designed to help IT students find part-time job opportunities that match their skills and academic schedules while supporting employers in recruiting suitable talent. This mobile application provides features such as swipe-based job browsing, profile management, application tracking, and real-time communication between students and employers. Built using Firebase Authentication and Firestore Database, the system ensures secure login, reliable data storage, and instant updates. By bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice, IT Job Match enhances student employability, streamlines recruitment processes, and promotes stronger collaboration between universities and the IT sector.
