About the Project

Lotify is an innovative smart parking mobile application designed to help drivers locate and reserve available parking spaces conveniently and efficiently. The application addresses common parking challenges in urban areas, including limited parking availability, traffic congestion, time wastage, and unnecessary fuel consumption. By integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and real-time parking data, Lotify enables users to check parking availability, reserve parking spaces before arriving at their destinations, receive navigation guidance, and make secure cashless payments through a single digital platform. The application primarily targets working professionals, university students, shoppers, tourists, and other drivers who frequently experience difficulties finding parking spaces, particularly in busy shopping malls and city centres. Lotify also aims to improve the overall parking experience by reducing the time spent searching for parking spaces, minimising traffic congestion, and supporting environmental sustainability through lower fuel consumption and vehicle emissions. Through its user-friendly interface, intelligent parking recommendations, and integration with existing parking management systems, Lotify offers a practical digital solution that supports the development of smart mobility and smart cities in Malaysia.
