PR-IntelliAI is a proposed artificial intelligence (AI)-powered strategic communication intelligence system designed to enhance public relations (PR) decision-making and support sustainable organisational growth. The conceptual framework integrates five modules: digital data collection, sentiment analysis and issue detection, stakeholder insights, strategic message recommendations, and performance monitoring. By transforming digital communication data into actionable intelligence, the system aims to strengthen evidence-informed planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication effectiveness. It supports relationship-focused, transactional, and integrated messaging strategies while maintaining human oversight and ethical accountability. Future prototype development and pilot testing will evaluate its usability, analytical accuracy, and practical value in strategic PR management.
