About the Project
PushRep Kit is an innovative technological solution developed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of push-up repetition counting during the school SEGAK Fitness Test. The system integrates an ultrasonic sensor, LCD screen, LED indicators, and a buzzer to automate repetition counting and display results in real time. Its primary focus is to reduce teachers’ workload by minimising manual counting, recording, and monitoring tasks, allowing teachers to concentrate on supervising students’ exercise techniques and safety. By reducing human counting errors and streamlining assessment procedures, PushRep Kit aims to enhance assessment reliability, save time, and improve operational efficiency. This innovation offers practical potential for implementation in government and private schools.
