About the Project
Many students choose a field of study before understanding their own strengths, widening the gap between who they are, what they learn and what they eventually do. This paper presents TalentDNA, a web-based, AI-assisted talent assessment that ranks 45 talent themes across three domains (Drive, Network and Action) to identify each person’s top 10 signature strengths and bottom 5 areas to manage. Evaluation with 1,217 adults showed acceptable content validity (I-CVI > 0.78), a stable three-factor structure and good internal consistency (alpha > 0.80). Profiles inform self-discovery, education direction and career exploration, offering a scalable tool for student talent mapping.
