About the Project
The CEO Mindset Ecosystem is an experiential corporate simulation designed to address a critical global demand where project management has become a vital driver across public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors, with the Project Management Institute (PMI) projecting a massive requirement of nearly 30 million new project professionals by 2035 to bridge a global talent shortage, and where mastering these execution skills serves as a direct pipeline to a strategic C-suite/CEO mindset. Developed to help non-technical university students (specifically Part 5 undergraduates in the compulsory Technical Project Management course at the Faculty of Administrative Science and Policy Studies, UiTM) overcome their deep anxiety, cognitive load, and software fear, this ecosystem guides learners through a highly supportive, four-step transformation journey: starting with SEE (Interactive Digital Scaffolding), which uses visual Trello Kanban boards to make team collaboration and weekly progress visible; moving to PLAN (Agile Weekly Milestones), where students structure weekly deliverables with the help of our registered, published textbook Project Management for Non-Technical Students - Tutorial Book (ISBN: 978-629-98185-0-2); transitioning to LEAD (Competitive Bidding & Peer Audit), which turns classroom grading into an authentic boardroom experience where students pitch proposals and run compliance reviews on their peers to build a confident "CEO Persona"; and concluding with SHINE (Global Innovation Exhibition), which helps student teams package their project solutions for international innovation competitions. Tested with 65 undergraduates, this copyrighted and highly scalable model achieved extraordinary, validated results: student Gantt Chart confidence rose from 62% to 98.3%, Microsoft Project proficiency jumped from 64.3% unfamiliarity to 96.7% successful execution, customer requirement delivery surged from 41.5% to 96.7%, systemic planning grew by 60.2%, and resource triage capability improved by 58.9%, while successfully driving a complete character transition from procrastination and fear of failure into deep personal focus, resilience, and proactive global leadership.
